Suspension and Termination

API Setu may suspend or terminate access to the System if a User violates these Terms, infringes upon or violates any third party?s rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person?s name, email address, physical, or phone number or any other personal information and sensitive personal information, or rights of publicity; fails to comply with a Rectification Notice within the stipulated time, or for sharing sensitive data in violation of NDSAP, or if regulatory directives mandate suspension. Users may voluntarily terminate their use by providing notice. Termination shall not affect liabilities accrued prior to termination.
