Non-Personal Data Handling¶
Any use of non-personal data accessed via the APIs must comply with Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, National Data Governance Framework Policy, and other policies issued by the Government of India as notified from time to time.
Users must obtain necessary legal authorizations and adhere to data localization requirements as specified by Indian authorities.
Users are strictly prohibited from undertaking the following actions: a. using such data for profiling individuals, b. deriving inferences that could impact any person’s rights or opportunities, c. re-identifying anonymized data, d. combining datasets for individual identification, e. engaging in discriminatory practices
Users must implement appropriate security measures, maintain processing logs, conduct regular compliance audits, and report security incidents as prescribed, with this clause automatically incorporating future Indian data governance policy amendments upon reasonable notice.
