Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. API Setu shall at all times be bound by the applicable laws of India. In the event of any disputes arising under these Terms, the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in New Delhi.
