Permitted Use and AccessΒΆ

Users are permitted to access and use the APIs solely for lawful and authorized purposes, in accordance with the documentation provided by API Setu. Such use must be conducted using valid credentials issued to the User and only for internal and approved use cases. Any deviation or attempt to exploit the System beyond the authorized parameters is strictly prohibited. Issuers shall only share data that is lawfully obtained and not stolen or acquired through unauthorized means.

Data Publisher Responsibilities: Issuers represent and warrant that all data shared through the platform is:

  1. authentic and accurate to their knowledge;

  2. obtained through legitimate and lawful means;

  3. properly verified using industry-standard practices; and

  4. supported by appropriate documentation of data collection methodologies.

  5. shared in open, machine-readable formats, accompanied by metadata compliant with NDSAP requirements, enabling public access and reuse under the GODL for non-sensitive data.

Publishers shall maintain records of data validation processes and provide such documentation upon request.
