Appropriate Permissions and Third-Party Approvals

The Issuers confirm that they possess all necessary permissions, approvals, and authorizations to host their APIs and share data through the API Setu platform. They shall maintain such approvals at all times and shall promptly notify API Setu of any revocation, termination, or modification thereof. In such cases, the Issuers shall immediately cease hosting the relevant APIs and sharing data.

The Issuers shall indemnify API Setu against any claims arising from non-compliance with permission requirements or unauthorized API hosting and data sharing. Further, the Issuers shall furnish valid proof of such permissions and approvals upon request by API Setu or any competent authority. API Setu reserves the right to suspend access in the event of non-compliance with the above requirements.
