Precedence of Policies

In the event of any conflict, contradiction, or overlap between these Terms and the provisions of the National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP), the NDSAP shall prevail subject to the extent of such conflict. Provided such precedence does not contravene the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), once in force, or any policy governing non-personal data sharing, as and when notified by the appropriate Government.

Government Open Data License (GODL) shall apply to all shareable non-sensitive data under NDSAP, promoting unrestricted reuse, modification, and redistribution.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the applicable DigiLocker Terms of Use for Issuers, Requesters, and Users, wherever relevant. For all interactions and integrations involving DigiLocker, users shall refer to the DigiLocker Terms of Use available at: https://www.digilocker.gov.in/web/about/tos.
