Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the APIs, System, documentation, and related content are owned by the Government of India or its agencies. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the APIs strictly as provided in these Terms. No ownership or proprietary interest is transferred by access to third-party APIs available via the System. Non-personal data shared via APIs shall be licensed as per NDSAP, allowing free reuse without IP claims.
