Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify NeGD, MeitY, and their affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their breach of these Terms, misuse of the System, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights. Requesters shall indemnify API Setu against any claims or liabilities arising from their failure to exercise due diligence in the use of data accessed through the APIs. This indemnity obligation shall survive termination of these Terms.
