Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

1. “API” refers to a mechanism that allows systems to access data or functionality from another system.

2. “System” denotes the services and platform under API Setu.

3. “User” is any person or entity accessing or using the System directly or indirectly.

4. “Developer” is a third-party building software or services to use or access the System.

5. “Codes” refer to access credentials such as API tokens, passwords, and keys issued by API Setu.

6. “Documentation” includes all user and technical manuals or online materials made available for accessing the System.

7. “Data Principal” is the individual to whom personal data relates.

8. “Issuer” refers to an entity authorized to share data through the API Setu platform.

9. “Open Data” means non-sensitive government data made available under GODL as per NDSAP.

10. “Metadata” refers to descriptive information about datasets, compliant with NDSAP standards for accessibility.

11. “Requester” refers to an entity or individual requesting data via the API Setu platform.
